HOW TO STAND OUT AND GET FREE LEADS ON FACEBOOK GROUPS


Are you promoting your product or opportunity in  facebook group?

Well, majority sa mga networkers and other niches, facebook group is a number one place or community na tambayan ng mga like  minded people, entrepreneur, stock market, health and wellness, online dating depende nalang sa niche na kinabibilangan mo ngayon.

Hindi mo kaylangan sumali sa lahat ng niches na yun para  lang i-promote yung product and opportunity mo. Ang gawin mo humanap ka lang ng niche or community na related sa product or opportunity na pino promote mo.

For example,  if you’re in a weight loss product, mag join ka  sa facebook group na may same interest sa ino-offer mo.

Kung opportunity naman yung pino promote mo mag join ka sa network marketing and MLM group. Ang tawag dyan ay laser targeting o tamang pag aasinta.

Identify Your Audience Specifically

Ngayon tanungin kita, pamilyar kaba sa mga to?

Karamihan sa mga networkers ganito yung ginagawa, sangkatotak na post, yung iba nga gumagamit pa ng facebook autoposter para i-promote yung product o opportunity nila.

Pamilyar kaba sa marketing principle nato.

If you’re marketing to Every ONE, you’re marketing to NO ONE.

Totoo naman diba?

Dapat alamin mo yung target prospect mo, specifically their problems, desires, and goal. Walang silbi yung isang daang libong prospect kung hindi naman sila interesado sa product o opportunity mo.

Remember, network marketing is a SORTING people business. It’s better to have QUALITY than QUANTITY.

Posting Tip:

Usually ganito yung ginagawa ko para ma target at makapag generate ng qualified prospect na gusto kung i-tap. Nag o-offer muna ako ng VALUE with HYPNOTIC headline na alam ko pag nakita ng prospect at nabasa talagang mapapa click sya, pagkatapos nun ma redirect yung prospect sa LEAD CAPTURE page o BLOG ko, parang ganito yung flow.

May FREE leads na ako,  yung malupit nun pwede  kung ma follow up, mas mag bigay nag VALUE dun sa qualified prospect na nag opt-in sa website ko. At maka pag build ng relationship.

Conclusion

Kung wala kang ina-asinta wala kang tatamaan, at kapag wala kang tatamaan malabong may mapuntirya ka.

Isipin mo nalang kung pupunta ka isang lugar na gusto mo tapos hindi mo alam yung eksaktong daanan.

Yung tanong makakarating ka kaya?, maaring maligaw kapa at mapalayo. (I hope na gets mo yung gusto kung iparating sayo)

DON'T GIVE UP PARTNER


Some of us want to earn P100k/mo.

Some of us want to earn million Peso businesses.

Some of us want to spend more time with our family. And some of us just want to get hired

We all have different goals and different aspirations. We all have different skills, educational backgrounds, and experiences. Each of us is unique in our own way.

But all of us have something we're trying to achieve. Even though we have different goals, aspirations, skills, backgrounds, experiences and so on - all of us face obstacles and difficulties. Each of us have our own struggles and demons.

The people you see here who have succeeded have succeeded because they WORKED HARD and NEVER GAVE UP.

On your way to achieve your goals, you will feel like giving up, you will feel like it isn't worth it, you will feel like you don't deserve to reach your goals.

But I'll be the first to tell you that if your goal is big enough, your struggles will also be big. Not enough to stop you, but enough to discourage you. Enough to make you want to give up. Less than 10% off all people reach their goals.

Kung may NEGATIVE beliefs ka sa mga salitang yun mahihirapan ka lalo sa business mo.

Ganito yun, halos lahat sa mga networkers ay nahihiya at naiilang kapag tinatanong na sila ng mga prospect nila ng mga salitang iyon.

Mahihirapan ka lalo makapag recruit, maka sponsor at makapag benta.

Minsan kapag tinatanong sila ng prospect “kaylangan ko bang mag recruit  para kumita” , “Kaylangan ko bang magbenta”, sinasagot nila agad ay HINDI.

“Hindi mo kaylangan mag recruit dito.”

“Hindi mo kaylangan mag benta dito.”

Minsan nilalagyan pa nila ng twist na nagshi-share lang daw sila at hindi sila nagbebenta. Kung baga, iniiwasan nila yung part ng recruiting, sponsoring at selling.

Para ka kumita sa Network Marketing business mo, kaylangan mong makapag recruit, maka sponsor at mabentahan yung prospect mo.

Kaylangan mo silang i-guide sa process ng recruiting, sponsoring at selling, dahil ito yung pinaka importanteng part ng iyong business para ka kumita.

Kikita kana ba pag may na invite ka sa opis nyo? Kikita kana ba pag na handle mo yung objection ng prospect mo?

Hindi pa naman diba?

Kaylangan mong yakapin at masterin yung mga salitang recruiting, sponsoring at selling para tumaas yung kita mo.

At mag uumpisa ito kung tama yung mind set mo, kung tama yung belief system mo sa recruiting, sponsoring at selling.

Yung mga prospect kasi natin ay may mga kanya-kanyang problema yan financial problems, family problems, personal problems, etc.

Bilang professional networker trabaho mo na alamin yung mga problema ng prospect mo dahil yon yung mag uudyok sa kanila para sumali o bumili ng product mo.

Walang prospect na sasali o bibili mula sayo kung wala silang problema na pwedeng masolusyonan.

Kaylangan mong alamin yung mga problems, wants at needs nila para ma i-position mo yung opportunity o product mo as the solution to their problems, at sa gayun madali mo silang ma close sa business mo.

Kung gusto mong matulungan yung prospect mo, kaylangan mo silang ma recruit, ma sponsor at mabentahan ng product mo, ito dapat yung tamang mindset mo.

Dapat ikaw din mismo ay naniniwala na kaya talagang ma solve yung mga problema nila sa tulong ng iyong opportunity at products.

Bibigyan kita ng example kung paano mo matutulungan yung prospect mo by solving their problems.

Let assume na interesado talaga yung prospect mo at gustong –gusto talaga nila yung opportunity.

Pero may pumipigil sa kanila dahil walang pang pera o pang invest.

Ito yung pwedeng mong sabihin para matulungan mo yung prospect mo makapag desisyon.

Prospect: Oo nagustuhan ko yung business , pero wala pa akong pera.

Ikaw: Walang problema kung wala kang pera. Ang gusto kung malaman ay kung MERON kang nakikitang benefits sa opportunity nato para makatulong sayo at magkapera ka. Meron ba?

Prospect: Meron

Ikaw: Ano yung mga benefits na yun?

Prospect: Yung ganito, ganire..blah blah..blah..

Ikaw: Ok importante ba sayo na__________________?

(Ilagay mo dun sa blank space yung problems na pwedeng masolusyonan ng opportunity o product mo)

Prospect: Oo

Ikaw:  Kaylan ka magkaka pera? O sa tingin mo kaylan ka makapag raise ng pang invest?

Pakinggan mo lang maige yung isasagot nila, yung ginawa mo lang naman ay tinulungan mo yung prospect mo, tinatanong mo lang kung kaylan sya maka pag invest.

Dahil kung interesado talaga yung prospect mo ay gagawa at gagawa sya ng paraan para masolusyonan yung problema nila sa pamamagitan ng opportunity mo.

Conclusion

Kapag may any NEGATIVE belief ka about sa recruiting, sponsoring at selling.

I’m telling you my friend na lalong mahihirapan ka talaga sa business mo.

Ito yung pipigil sayo para magka resulta, kaylangan mong yakapin at mahalin itong recruiting, sponsoring at selling, wag mo itong iwasan dahil ito yung magbibigay sayo ng resulta sa business mo.

TAKE ACTION WHILE LEARNING!


Yung iba akala nila kaylangan muna nilang malaman lahat ng marketing strategy at closing technique bago sila kumilos. Kaya ilang buwan na, ayun nagte-training pa din at wala pa ding napo-produce na resulta. Takot kasi sila na magkamali.

Tandaan mo, importante din na magkamali ka. Dahil tuwing magkakamali ka, dun ka mas matututo. Eventually dadating yung time mauubusan ka na ng maling gagawin at ang matitirang magagawa mo na lang ay yung mga tama.

Always remember... Action = Results
Magkaka-resulta ka sa pamamagitan ng paggawa ng aksyon.

Kapag may natutunan kang bago, kahit simple lang... i-apply mo kaagad. Tapos obserbahan mo kung anong feedback sa’yo nung ginawa mo. OK lang kahit may palpak at mga mali sa una, kasi mako-correct mo yung mga palpak na ‘yun.

BAKIT GUGUSTOHIN NG PROSPECT MO NA BUMILE AT SUMALI SAYO?


Sa dami-dami ng products na kapareho mong beni- benta, sa dami-dami ng mga crosslines mo sa ‘yong network marketing company.

Bakit gugustohin ng prospect mo na sumali at bumili sayo?

Ito yung tanong na dapat mong masagot kung gusto mong mag grow yung business mo. “Bakit sila bibili at sasali sa akin”? Anong meron sa akin na wala sa kakumpetinsya ko.

Kung dumating yung punto na natanong muna to sa sarili mo, good nasa tamang direksyon ka partner.

Sa totoo lang, madaming rason kung bakit bibili at sasali sayo yung prospect mo. Pero ito yung kaylangan mong tandaan. People will only buy or join, if they know, like and trust you. Period.

KNOW, LIKE and TRUST. Itong tatlong words nato yung kaylangan mong maintindihan para mag grow yung business mo.

Ganito kasi, sino bang tao na maglalabas agad ng pera kung hindi nya pa  kilala? Malamang ganun ka din, lalo na ngayon madalas tayong makapanood sa TV tungkol sa mga nabiktima ng scam.

Kaya yung unang turo sa atin pagka sali sa network marketing ay kausapin at alokin yung mga KKK (kakilala, kaibigan, kamag-anak) natin, dahil kilala na tayo at mostly may tiwala na sila sa atin. Ito yung madaling paraan para makapag produce agad ng resulta lalo na mga new bloods.

Ngayon alam muna na bibili at sasali lang pala yung prospect mo if they KNOW, LIKE and TRUST you.

Please don’t get me wrong, ..products, complan and company are also important. Bonus nalang sila.

But you have to promote yourself first rather than your company.

Eh kasi nga, pag yung company lang yung pino-promote mo, you also promoting your’re competitors. Yung mga crosslines mo, aminin mo man o sa hindi, sila ay  mga kakumpetinsya natin. Yun ang totoo.

Isa pang bagay kung bakit kaylangan unahin mong i-promote yung sarili mo kaysa company mo. Dahil sa sinabi ko sayo kanina “ People will only join, if they KNOW, LIKE and TRUST.

Paano mo magawang magtiwala yung prospect sayo kung ang binibida mo ay yung company mo.

Remember, people don’t join a business, they join you.

Hindi naman yung company mo yung nakipag usap sa prospect kundi ikaw kaya sumali sila dahil sayo.

Alam ko malaking revelation to para sayo na posibleng hindi mo paniwalaan.

HOW TO HANDLE NETWORK MARKETING HEATERS?


If you are in your network marketing career, you're likely to encounter people who are skeptical or negative in the network marketing industry.

The only way to approach it is to say it immediately

.. "Networking ie"?

... "Scam yan",

.. "Pyramiding yan"

.."I do not like that"..

They are network marketing haters, the dream stealers.

What are you doing with people who do not like Network Marketing?

Are you still pushing for your opportunity?

Is it time to waste time to visit your office and to view business presentations?

Do you let them go?

Personal Haters

These are people who are warm marketers or personal acquaintances. What we teach is especially for MLM Company training to talk about Kamag anak, Kaibigan, Kakilala o KKK system. 

Because they're people we know and have built relationships with us, how much they trust us.

But not everyone is as excited as you have introduced it to your business.

Most of them are negative in this kind of business, maybe there are just a few who will encourage you and tell you that's fine, push it over.

The sad thing is that you really want to discourage the scoop and be told that the scam you are doing, pyramiding it, stop doing what you are doing and look for a good job.

They will drag you down..they will steal your DREAMS until you quit.

Will you like that?

I do not think so, I told myself that ... if my acquaintances do not want to know more I do not know, the more I do not know open minded and willing to listen to my opportunity. 

I just want to do that I find those people.

I hope you might even think about it.

Just focus on things you can control.

You can not control othes people's mind but you can control yours.

It will be frustrated and you'll be able to burn it out if you always think of negative people.

Just ignore them and focus to your goal and dreams.

Remember, we are not in convincing people business, we are in SORTING people business.

They best way to silence the haters is by SUCCEEDING.

It's cruel, when they see that results even more slowly, they start to have confidence and it is possible to join your opportunity.

The PROOF will tell them .. and this is human nature .. 

Online MLM Haters

If you do well promote your online opportunity like facebook or other social media sites and your mom and I hate the haters.

The best thing to do is ignore or delete the comment.

..just like that.

You can not convince all people to LIKE YOU. (You have and you really do not want to)

TOP 5 NETWORK MARKETING TIPS FOR NEWBIES


You are in network marketing?

Or maybe it's still there but it's still not clear what you're doing, if you have no clear business destination yet.

Now, I'll give you 5 network marketing tips to get you a clarity in your business.

1: Educate Yourself

Knowing that 99% joining the network marketing industry is unaware of the business. There is no business background, so is the height of the MLM industry failure rate here at the end.

Let's face it, no matter what carreer you go in, you may want to acquire the necessary skills you can use in your carreer or business.

Most networkers do not get into it, they're doing just what they're doing, invites, BOMs, etc. then when asked by the prospect "Scam is that, Networking is that"? They do not know the right answer, sometimes stupid and plagiarism.

If you did not answer the exact objections of your prospect, do you think they would join or buy your produckto? Most likely not ..

You will learn first to educate yourself and acquire skills.

You should be student of your business.

You know that everything is hard at first, but once again, it makes it easy for you.

My advice is start reading network marketing books, personal development, books about selling and any motivational books that will help grow your own.

2. Find A Mentor

Your mentor will be your light on the road to your success. All the successful people here in the world have their own mentor. That's true

So they became successful because they have a mentor who guides them. By having a mentor, you will minimize the risk in your business.

Here's what you do, find the person you want to be. For example if you want to be like your upline well done, invite and recruit. Then, ask him what he is doing to be effective in recruiting. I'm sure that your upline is willing to point you to that as long as you're willing to just be from him.

If you do not have the upline and feeling you're alone, find someone who can help you. There are many successful networkers willing to share what they know. Just as you think you like their marketing strategies, go ahead and follow their footsteps.

3. Get Out From Your Comfort Zone

It may be obvious to you what kind of business you entered. Network marketing is a business relationship.

And to build relationships with other people, you can always communicate with your prospects.

I often heard that other networkers were listening to me because I was not able to recruit because I did not speak well, shy because I was not good at selling, etc.

At first it's normal to be shy and you're not good, but at the beginning. So you want to step up and get out of your comfort zone. Do not be safe playing your business. Push yourself out of comfort zone my friend.

So if it starts to work, I highly recommend that you commit to at least 2 years in our industry. After 2 years, if it does not matter then it will decide whether you are really network marketing business.

Based on my personal experience, the first year of network marketing is the most challenging part of my carreer. There are so many frustrations, rejections, business failures. You will surely be tested as to how you are comfortable with your dreams.

How strong are you with the reasons why you are.

4 TIPS TO BUILD YOUR NETWORK MARKETING WHILE HAVING A FULL TIME JOB


So may current job ka ngayon at ginagawa mo lang yung network marketing business mo part time. Kung isa kang part time network marketer ngayon, gusto kitang i-congratulate dahil nagsimula kana din ng sarili mong business. Congrat’s  🙂

Alam moba na halos lahat ng mga successful network marketers na kakilala ko ay nagsisimula lang sa pagiging part timer. Naging full time sila sa negosyo nila nung lumaki na yung grupo at nalagpasan na yung sahod nila sa trabaho.

Ako din mismo nagsimula ako bilang part time networker habang may full time job. Yung mga naging business partners at downlines ko ganun din yung eksaktong sitwasyon nila.

Full time work for your living expenses, part time work for your FREEDOM. Ayos ba?

Kung nagsisimula ka pa lang ngayon bilang part time networker at kung alam mo na hindi pa talaga  kayang suportahan yung living expenses mula sa kinikita mo sayong negosyo. My advice is, wag ka munang mag resign, kunting tyaga lang kahit ayaw muna sa trabaho mo.

Gamitin mo yung sahod mo para sa pang araw-araw na gastusin. Yung kinikita mo naman mula sa negosyo mo, gamitin mo para lumago pa lalo yung business mo. Reinvest in your trainings (books, video courses) to grow yourself as well.

Yung maling ginawa ng iba ay nag decide sila na mag start ng sariling negosyo, tapos kahit hindi pa gaanong kalaki yung kinikita nila ay nag decide na sila huminto sa kanilang trabaho. Yung nangyari, nagkanda utang-utang sila dahil sa panggalaw (marketing expenses) na hindi kayang pondohan ng kinikita nila mula sa network marketing business.

Hindi naman kasi consistent yung kita sa negosyo lalo na kung nagsisimula ka pa lang. Kaya wag ka munang mag resign hangga’t hindi pa umaabot ng triple sa sahod mo yung kinikita mo sa negosyo ngayon.

You cannot build a network marketing business without building it a part time.

Ngayon, bibigyan kita ng 4 tips at tools na pwedeng mong gamitin para i-build yung network marketing business mo kahit may full time job ka.

Tip # 1: Leverage The Internet

Internet ay napaka powerful tool para sa pag build ng network marketing business mo. Take advantage on it. You can use social media like facebook, youtube, instagram, etc para makahanap ng prospects kahit nasa bahay ka lang.  Thanks to the internet.

Tip # 2: Start A Blog

Kung wala ka pang blog ngayon, dapat umpisahan muna sa lalong madaling panahon. I started blogging strategy last year 2015. Masasabi kong ang laking tulong ito sa negosyo ko. Naging 10x yung naging resulta ko kumpara nung hindi ko pa inumpisahan mag blog.

Imagine na yung prospect mismo yung makakahanap sayo online, binabasa yung blog post mo at kapag naging interesado sila sa ino-offer mo, sila pa mismo yung ko-contact sayo. Ang lupit diba?

Alam moba na halos lahat ng naging downlines ko ay hindi ko pa sila nami-meet personally, nakilala lang nila ako sa pamamagitan ng blog. May mga business partners ako na nasa ibang bansa, sa Mindanao, Visayas at Luzon.  Malalayong lugar na hindi ko pa mismo napuntahan.

Yung blog mo ang magiging galamay mo sa yung business na habang nagtatrabaho o may iba kang ginagawa. Ang blog mo ang magiging propecting tool para sayo.

Kung gusto mo din mag start ng sarili mong blog, I recommend impact instrument dahil ito din mismo yung ginagamit ko ngayon dito sa blog nato. Impact instrument ay  very user friendly at napaka dali lang gamitin, may mga built in video tutorial na pwede mong panoorin kaagad.

Gamit ang impact instrument, you can have a blog within 5-10 minutes. Ganun lang kadali.

Tip # 3: Use Autoresponder

Kung isa kang empleyado, malamang may piling oras ka lang na pwede kang available. Hindi mo kayang i-follow up yung mga prospects mo araw-araw, oras-oras kung may full time job ka. Sa negosyo mo, kaylangan mong i-follow up yung prospect mo dahil hindi naman agad sila mag de-decide na bibili at mag jo-join sayo sa unang exposure pa lang. Kaylangan mong i-follow up yung mga prospect mo na nagpapakita na ng interest sa kung ano man yung ino-offer mo.

Yung solusyon sa problema nato ay si Autoresponder.

Autoresponder ay online software na pwede mong gamitin to follow up your prospect gamit ang email nila. You can follow up your prospects anytime na gusto mo na hindi na kaylangan ng presensya mo. Pwede kang mag set up ng automated follow up email kapag ng optin o nag fill up sila sa form na ginawa sa website mo.

Medyo may pagka techie ito, pero alam kung kaya  mo naman pag aralan basta willing ka lang matutu.

Tip # 4: Create Facebook Page

Facebook page o mas kilala sa tawag na fan page ay libreng tool para maka pag build ka ng sarili mong audience o followers. Kung wala ka pang fan page, I highly suggest na gumawa ka. Dahil karamihan sa mga tao (prospects) ay nasa facebook na nakatambay ngayon.

Sa ngayon, meron na akong 3,557 likes sa ginawang kong Pinoy MLM Tips fan page, dito sa fan page ako madalas mag share ng  MLM Tips, blog post at any content na alam kong makakatulong sa audience o followers ko.

Kung hindi mo pa nalike yung Pinoy MLM Tips fan page, hit like button for more updates.

Isa pang best feature na nagustuhan sa facebook page ay pwede mong i-schedule yung post mo. Ganun kalupit, napaka useful nito kung isa kang empleyado at kung may iba kang ginagawa.

BUSY BA YUNG PROSPECT MO? ITO YUNG PWEDE MONG GAWIN PARA MA SPONSOR MO SILA SA OPPORTUNITY MO


So may gusto kang i-invite sa opis nyo para makapanood ng company business presentation. Kaya lang may problema, busy si prospect at walang time para pumunta ng opis nyo..di nga? 🙂

Anong bang dapat mong gawin?..

Wala akong time, busy ako, next  time na pag bakante oras ko o kung ano pang alibay na karaniwang palusot ng mga hindi interesadong prospect..

Narinig muna siguro tong kasabihan “ Kung gusto maraming paraan, kung ayaw makaka-imbento ng dahilan”. (Yes, naniniwala ako sa kasabihan na yan)..

Napaka importante na matutunan mong ma sort out o masala ng mabuti yung prospect mo kung ayaw mong makatanggap ng ganitong klaseng mga palusot.

Ngayon madalang nalang akong makatanggap ng ganitong klaseng palusot dahil sinisigurado ko na interesado at willing talagang makinig yung prospect ko.

Hindi ako mag aaksaya ng oras na dalhin sila sa opis kung sa una pa lang ay hindi naman sila interesado sa product o business opportunity ko. Ganito na yung mindset ko ngayon.

Posible din na interesado talaga yung prospect mo kaso lang sobrang busy sa trabaho (OT sa work) kaya hindi naka punta sa ortigas o kung saaan man yung opis nyo.

May isang strategy kung  paano mo masolusyonan yung sitwasyon nila. Itong strategy na ituturo ko sayo ay gagawin mo kapag napansin mo interesado talaga yung prospect at gusto n’yang mapanood yung business presentation n’yo.

Ito gagawin mo..mag download ka ng company business presentation nyo yung malinaw na kopya at klaro yung boses.

Kung wala ka pang kopya, hingi ka dun sa upline or leader ng team nyo, I’m sure meron nun sila. Pwede mong i-save sa usb flash drive o i-burn sa CD. Ito yung ipapanood mo sa interesado mong prospect.

Karamihan ng prospect ito yung sasabihin sayo,

“ Bigay mo nalang sa akin yung CD or usb flash drive papanoorin ko nalang pag may time na ako”.

“ Bigay mo nalang sa akin yung link ng website, papanoorin ko nalang pag may time na ako.”

Karamihan ng mga networker, sa sobrang excited ay binibigay kaagad nila yung link ng website o yung CD sa prospect nila sabay sabi “text mo nalang ako pag sasali kana ah”…Toink.

Remember, busy yung prospect mo, hindi ka sigurado kung kelan mapapanood ng prospect yung binigay mong CD o link ng website. Posibleng mawala sa isip nila na may papanoorin pala s’yang  video.

Guess what?. Ikaw naman yung mapapagod kaka-follow up sa kanya.

Ikaw na yung maghahabol sa kanya, mawawala na sayo yung control. In recruiting & sponsoring, importante na ikaw yung may control sa prospect mo.

Pag ikaw kasi yung may control, mas madali mo siyang madala sa next step na gusto mo. Mas madali mo siyang ma close sa business mo. Ito yung tinatawag na posture, mas inexplain ko dito sa MLM Recruiting Blueprint yung concept nato.

Imbisna ibigay mo agad yung alas mo (video presentation).

Tanungin mo muna yung prospect mo kung kelan ba nila mapapanood yung video presentation?

Kaylan ba sila may bakanteng oras para mapanood yung binigay mong link?

Wag mong ibigay yung alas mo hangga’t hindi ka sigurado na mapapanood nila yung video presentation.

Kung CD or usb flash drive yung gamit mo, ibigay mo at panoorin nyo ng sabay. Mas maganda kung ganun, dahil malamang habang pinapanood ng prospect mo yung video presentation, may natitirang tanong o concern talaga yan. Mas madali mo din silang ma close dahil sariwa pa isip nila yung napanood nila.

Kung ginagamit mo naman yung internet sa business mo at website link yung binigay mo sa prospect.

Siguraduhin mo na may kaharap na siyang computer bago mo ibigay yung link, i-guide mo lang yung prospect mo kung anong pipindutin dun sa website.

PAANO KA MAGKA RESULTA KUNG WALA KA PANG RESULTA


Wala ka pa rin bang resulta sa business mo.

Ito yung pwede mong gawin.

Karamihan tanong ng mga networkers lalo na kung bago kapa lang.

" Paano ba ako magka resulta sa business ko?"

Halos lahat kasi ng prospect na makakausap mo ay nagtatanong kung kumikita kana ba dyan sa business mo?
 
Mag kano naba ang kinita mo dyan?

Para ka kasi magka resulta kaylangan mo munang magka resulta.

..huhh?? Ang gulo diba?

Gusto kung maunawan mo na lahat ng top recruiters at top earners ng company nyo ay nag uumpisa yan sa zero result (kahit ako nag start from zero).

Wala naman sigurong pagkapasok sa industry nato ay kumita na agad. They all started from zero result to top earner.

Ngayon kung wala kapa din resulta, ito yung pwede mong gawin.

Step 1: Leverage Others Results
Importante na may kakilala kang tao na kumikita na sa company nyo, pwede yung upline o ka crosslines mo.

Gagamitin mo yung results nila para ka magka resulta.

Ipagpa alam mo na kung pwede mong gamitin yung result nila o kung pwede mo sila i-interview-hin sa success story nila.

Pwede mong video-han o hingin yung screen shot ng income results nila, ito yung ipapakita mo sa mga prospect mo as income proof na may kumikita na talaga sa company nyo.

Step 2: Create Your Own Result
Ngayon mag uumpisa kanang magka resulta, hindi importante kung maliit o malaki yung resulta mo, as long as sarili mong resulta.

Ito na naman yung gagamitin mo as income proof sa mga prospect mo. Mas convincing kasi kung income result mo mismo yung ipapakita mo sa’yong prospect, mas mataas yung chance na sasali sila dahil nakita nila mismo na kumikita ka.

Step 3: Let Your Team Use Your Result
This step ay tutulungan mo naman yung mga partners mo para magka resulta, ipapagamit mo naman yung sarili mong resulta para matulungan mo silang magka resulta.

Pwede kang gumawa ng team video presentation nyo as a tool para sa kanila.

Ito yung malupit, dahil pinagamit mo sa kanila yung resulta mo, sila na naman yung unti-unting magka resulta, magkakaroon sila ng first income commission at new members ng team nyo.

Step 4: Use Your Team Results
Ito yung result story ng buong team mo na nagkakaroon na ng resulta, yung team mo na natulungan at nagawa mong pakitain sa business na ginagawa nyo.

Pwede mo sila hingan ng video testimonies kung paano sila kumita at kung magkano na yung kinita nila.
Kaya mo ito gagawin para tumaas lalo yung influence mo sa ibang tao, para makita ng ibang tao na sila mismo ay kaya mo din tulungan gawin yung business na ginagawa nyo.

This final steps ay hahayaan mong ipagamit sa buong company nyo yung team results nyo, ibig sabihin pwede mo itong ipagamit sa ka-crosslines o kung sino mang member ng company nyo.

A VERY INSPIRING STORY (ANG KWENTO NI BEN)


Meron akong nabasang short stories kahapon gustoko lng ishare sa iyo.

Sa school, may isang klase ng mga mag-aaral.

Nagkaroon sila ng activity.

Ang sabi ng guro, "Draw your Dreams when you grow up in a piece of paper"
Pagkatapos ay ipinasa na nila sa guro nila.

May isang bata, pangalan nya ay si Ben...

Gumuhit sya ng isang rancho, isang malawak na lupain punong puno ng mga baka, baboy, manok, kabayo at marami pang iba.

Nakita ng guro ang drawing ni Ben..

At biglang sinabi sa kanya..
"Ben, palitan mo 'tong drawing mo.. Kung hindi, I'll give you a Zero."
"Bakit po maam?" ang sagot ni Ben

"Imposibleng mangyari 'to Ben, ang mga magulang mo ay mahirap lang.. Ang tatay mo ay magsasaka at ang nanay mo ay isang labandera lang."

Umuwi si Ben at sinabi sa mga magulang n'ya..

"Tay, Nay... Sabi ni Teacher, palitan ko daw ang drawing ko, kundi ibabagsak nya daw ako"

Sagot ng Tatay nya sa kanya, "Anak, Pangarap mo yan..nasasayo yan!"
Pagka-umaga, ipinasa ng bata with the same paper sa teacher.

"Are you testing my patience Ben? Change this drawing or i will give you a zero." Sabi ng teacher.

Alam mo ba ang sagot ng bata?

"Maam, pwede mo kong bigyan ng Zero, but i'll keep my dreams."

After 20 years, the teacher was still a teacher..

Nagkaroon ng field trip ang mga mag-aaral sa isang Ranch...

May isang binata lumapit sa teacher.

"Ma'am, maam... Naalala nyo po ba ako?, ako po yung dating student nyo na gumuhit ng ranch, ako po ang may-ari ng lahat na 'to"

Then suddenly, hindi namalayang napatulo ang luha ng teacher
At sinabi...

"Ben, nagtuturo ako for 20 years and i've been stealing Dreams, visions na katulad mo, buti ipinagpatuloy mong makamit ang mga pangarap mo."

Let me encourage you...

Hindi mo nga alam kung effective or hindi yang mga pinopost mo. Mag tanong2 ka muna sa upline mo or don sa ibang members na may resulta na kung paano epromote ng maayos. Magpaturo ka muna. Hindi yung post ka agad ng post e pag tanong ng prospect mo sayo wala kang maisagot! Gigil mo si ako e no??

✔️ Discipline - Kung tinuruan ka na ng upline mo kung pano gawin SUNDIN MO! hindi yung gumagawa ka ng sarili mong strategy e hindi nman effective. Sinabihan ka ng upline mo na mag post ka ng ads mo sa mga groups tas ang mga pinopost mo sa groups mga selfie mo? EDIWAW! Matuto kang sumunod sa upline mo! Gigil mo si ako e no??

✔️ Hardwork - Kung gusto mong magkaresulta, sipagan mo sa pagpromote. Hindi ka kikita kung naka nganga ka lang! Imagine mo ang magtataho. Kahit walang bumibili sa kanya patuloy siyang sumisigaw na 'taho! taho!' kahit nanggigil na yan! Pero sa huli makabenta pa din siya. Hindi pwedeng wala! IKAW NAMAN kahit walang magjoin sayo, patuloy mo lang ipromote kahit walang may pumapansin sa post mo. May magjjoin talaga yan sayo! Impossibleng wala! TIPS TO ESCAPE YOUR JOB


Nung nasa corporate world pa ako, 6 years ago, naisip ko:

“Ano kaya ang buhay kung hindi ko kailangang magtrabaho?”

“Paano kaya kung magagawa kong gawin ang gusto ko at may oras pa ako para sa pamilya?”

“Ang sarap siguro nun”

Oo, noon, pangarap lang iyon.

Daydream, ika nga.

Pero sa kalaunan, natupad ko ang pangarap na iyon.

Paano?

Simple lang. Na-realized ko na ang mind ay sobrang POWERFUL.

Kung nagagawa mo itong ma-imagine, kaya itong mangyari sa buhay mo.

You can make things happen with your mind.

Ang totoo, lahat ng nagyari sa iyo ay nagsimula lang sa simpleng thought.

Na binigyang buhay mo ng iyong atensyon at emosyon.

Kaya nakamit mo ang lahat ng meron ka sa buhay mo.

Maaring asawa mo. 
Ang propesyon mo. 
Ang trabaho mo. 
Ang iyong kalusugan.

Lahat.

Pero nagyari ito nang hindi mo namalayan na lahat ay nagsimula sa pag-iisip mo.

Naalala ko noon ang isang buhay na sa bahay lang ako nagta-trabaho.

Para sa sarili ko, para sa pamilya ko.

-Walang masungit na boss. Walang commute. 
Hindi ko kailangang gumising ng maaga. 
Wala ng long and boring meetings sa work.

At pagkaraan nga ng ilang taon, sa bahay na lang ako nagne-negosyo.

Ang saya, di ba?

Yun lang oras na natitipid ko sa byahe papunta noon sa trabaho, ay halos 2 hours a day na. 

That’s an extra 10 hours a week for me. Na maari kong magamit sa mga bagay na mas mahalaga sa buhay ko.

Habang nagmamadali ang iba na huwag ma-late sa trabaho at masermunan ng boss, nasa bahay lang ako, nagkakape.

Datiy, tila imposible ang work from home. Ngunit ngayon, ito na ang trend.

Pag-isipan mo mabuti. Baka panahon na para baguhin ang mga thoughts mo.

Ito pa lang post na binabasa mo ay isang nang patunay ng power ng technology. Kaya nating makipag-communicate sa mga tao saan man sa mundo na may internet.
